Another important character, is sage Vyasa or Krishna-Dwaipayana,
the author of the story.
While Bhishma was the defacto grandfather, Vyasa, the author, was the biological grandfather of the Pandavas and Kauravas.
Being a sage, he lives in the forest and makes occasional self-referential appearances in the story.
but what about the rule that the person on whose inanstce the work was created owns the copyright unless agreement in contrary exists.Moreover, taking this sweat of the brow doctrine so literally, the printing press would be the owner of copyright and not the author without any express agreement (which is the actual practice)
